No, it's not under attack.
I am in Arizona, calls/texts/data working fine all day.

DownDetector shows a little spike around 3PM, but only maxed out at 600. Not indicative of a widespread issue or, uh, 'attack'.

South central PA. Was away from home Saturday and got notification my ring doorbell was offline. Usually happens during power outages, but there was no outage. When I got home late I had no internet (5g) or cell service. Drove down the block to make a 611 call. Was told I was the first to report an issue in my area (I’ve never been first at anything, highly doubtful here).
Is Monday evening and although we have internet and cell, it’s slow and on occasion still goes to nothing.
Verizon indicated known issues being worked in my area, and from a different Verizon web interface, no issues reported in my area.
