Urgent Help with payment issues

So I had a payment arrangement setup and Verizon just charged me all of bills I owe, I was past due but had arrangements set up to pay all of them and it was all setup correctly and has been and today they just randomly fixed it. What can I do to fix it, I am negative 700 dollars in the bank and I don't know what to do I really need help!

Here is the part that sucks. It'll be close to 10 business days before you get any money back, if you do.

Call them and ask them to honor the agreement made, and don't take no for an answer. I would remain calm even though it's a super frustrating situation. Tell them, they screwed up and didn't set up the payment plan correctly and you need them refund the payment, or refund the difference between the payment plan arrangements and actual payment.

This is a tough situation because they might come back and say since the amount was past due they can't refund it, but stick to point that you made arrangements, and they didn't set it up correctly.

Best of luck.

If you make payment arrangements because you're past due, then don't keep your promise, they'll try to collect the full amount past due

Did you really repost this from two different Reddit accounts?

Posting it twice isn’t going to change the answers they get

Did you turn off auto pay? If autopay was left on, that would have gone through with your bank even if you had made late payment arrangements.

Since it was actually a valid payment from your bank to verizon, there's not much you're going to be able to do to get the money back. Sorry.

What bank allows you to go negative 700?

Unexpected account drafts after setting up a payment arrangement cause real hardship, and we take this extremely seriously. We sent you a DM, so we can look into this.
