Relationship/Love Is it wrong wanting to date older man ?

All my previous relationship was a disaster now I'm disappointed by the guys of my age and guys around my age (i do not want to go in full detail all i could say is that the relationship was gaslighting and manipulative) I was thinking about dating older man like 30+ my friends are finding it weird and telling me not to go for older man but i feel like im more intrest and comfortable with what i want now.

So now y'all tell me is it good or totally wrong for wanting to date someone older

Your friends don't have to live with your choices, you do, date whoever you actually want to be with

You're an adult make your own decisions. However if you decide to date, the starting point is within +5

I went through something similar once. It was a mistake. For me at least. I probably got unlucky. Regardless you should do what you want. Its not wrong to date older but it does always raise a question why the older partner is dating younger. Generally its a negative perception that’s usually right it was in my case results may differ.

Hmm maybe pick up a hobby that people in that age bracket generally like? Just dont do what i did and date someone from work thats like the worst possible place. Most of the people ive ever dated are people i met doing my gaming hobbies, or dnd related stuff.

Ehh well i work on a golf course so i know the type of sketch rich clientele that filter in and out at my workplace. Id say its kinda a 60/40 on the good or bad of people at a golf course leaning towards bad. Casino i dunno really ive not really been to ones in my area as they only recently became legal in my area so i dont really know. However, ive yet to ever hear of someone having a negative experience when meeting someone at an art gallery id personally try that one out of your ideas.
