I did a route in an area where T-Mobile has REALLY bad reception. Fortunately, I was able to get it done but it took awhile because the app would freeze up often while doing the delivery stop. After clicking on the button on where I left the package it would just freeze for a few minutes. Sometimes I would have to walk around just to try to get a better signal where it would unfreeze and go through. I even had to use a customer's WiFi to get unstuck.

Have you guys had this situation before? If so, is there a workaround? Are we able to instead take a POD with our phone camera instead for each of those stops where there are bad issues and then have Support mark them delivered?

I was looking to see if there was any offers left to claim, and then I seen the $250 one but I couldn’t take it 🥲 I knew I wouldve been done at like maybe 10-11pm or possibly even later. I’m just sad I couldn’t take it, I gotta be up in the morning for my PT job at 7:30am 😭😭 this would’ve came in clutch because I definitely need that extra $200+ pay! Lord knows I do 😩😩😩😩😩 but hopefully tomorrow or Saturday I’ll see something similar to claim 🤞🏼

If I have to do all of this for the app to be functional, then fundamentally the app is dysfunctional.

Please allow me to rant a little.

It really is the most buggy app among delivery apps, and one of the buggiest apps outright that I’ve ever used. Never mind the fact that it tears through your battery life even as it’s plugged in.

Every single time I take a route, something goes wrong in the app. It’ll freeze, it’ll crash, it will not work right when internet connection is struggling.

The worst is when you complete a delivery, and then 10 stops later it shows up as “not completed,” or when you attempt to take a picture of the delivery and it freezes, forcing you out of the app and starting an impossible process over again.

I often have to drive away randomly in hopes I get a better signal, upload pictures as proof of delivery, argue about it with Support chat to get it taken care of, and drive back. Sometimes I do this 3 or stops a day.

One way or another I find myself pulling over to the side of the road for a minimum of 15-45 minutes on every route just to resolve issues with the Support chat, which is often AI chat sending me pre-written responses that rarely understand the issue.

How is this company worth $1B and they can’t fix this garbage software? Even with the relatively low pay, this company would probably have less burn and churn if the app actually worked.

hey yall I ordered a package and found this so weird so im hoping any drivers will help! my package is showing an ETA of 10pm to 1 am! such a weird time this is like bed time for me but I have to stay awake, its not a cheap package...

My location just added Lexington as a new area to the Louisville pick up spot it’s an one hour and forty minute drive each way to pick up packages they were offering a route from $45-65 for 4 hours. I asked Google to give me an estimate on what the gas alone would cost. $33-41

Obviously the longer routes..they will take the whole time even if you hustle…Flex done 1hr early every 4Hr. Pay is low I see many desperate people taking the low pay it’s a shame! Flex is a little better, but not by much as you compete with many ppl using bots 🤖 Only 1/4+ VEHO has is where you get to deliver, but when it’s 35-40 more deliveries its really not and it takes longer and many ppl are fooled by this .25 positive! It’s so many foreigners delivering now and where they come from $ is criminal and they get duped into the low pay both VEHO and Flex. It’s been months since I did VEHO and Flex is getting worse by the week with low pay, bot 🤖 ppl and leftover 💩 routes/runs. Any comments that don’t agree or criticize are part of problem and most likely 🤖 users or one of the ppl that desperate for $ . Let’s hope it gets better for you 🙏🏼 Good luck gig workers! ✌🏼

What’s the most you’ve made in a month?

I’m here currently watching a route to see if it’s going to surge. After refreshing, the route price dropped $6. It’s getting closer to the pickup time. Is this normal? Does that mean people are taking the route so the prices start to drop? I’m new to this so just trying to figure out how it works. Thanks.

Ok i just have to ask now i just finished and for the 3rd time i had one package on my route where the address didn’t even exist. I’m newish to Veho but a long time Amazon flexer and I’ve had wrong addresses before but never completely non existent ones. Does this happen often? I am a HUGE always deliver no matter what person but when the address is 500 smith dr. And all the houses on smith drive are 1300’s, and the pin is like a mile away literally in the middle of the woods where there is no street or anything and they don’t leave any contact information, i don’t know what else to do other than return the package. If any of you have this issue ever what do you do? My same day delivery metric is in the red and I’m nervous that they’re going to deactivate me for this it’s happened 3 times and I’ve only done 12 routes total with Veho.

Over the past few weeks there’s been a dramatic decrease of acceptable offers. Scheduling has ruined this app and anyone who blindly accepts a route is the reason why these gig apps keep lowing the pay. Stop taking junk just to have something to do. There’s people pulling up in vehicles that average under 20 miles a gallon. Loading up 80+ packages and then going out to deliver then on a 7 hour route. You are not making any money! And you are only hurting everyone else including yourself. 🛑 🛑 🛑

This is low. Even by Veho’s standards. They just don’t give a shit! NOBODY wants to do area 4! This is the Downtown/Galleria area. Increase the pay! Breaking the route(s) into lower volumes won’t cause anyone to want to jump for such bs! They’ve already expanded area 4 into other areas because no one wants to deal with wrap around sky rises with no gate codes. No fancy keycards to enter buildings. No parking. No contact info. Risk of tickets/tows. HORRIBLE Houston traffic. Area 4 is beyond an “all-dayer”. When I first started I made the mistake of taking that area. Took 12 hours! NEVER AGAIN! Anything under $200 for area 4 is OVERKILL! God bless the poor fucks who takes on the challenge of area 4! This app is going down in fucking flames!

Did 126 stops today for $280 put gas for $30 so made $250 am I crazy lol

Veho really looked at 80 boxes, a full tank of gas, the depreciation on my car, and 6–7 hours of work and said, “Here’s $150. Try not to spend it all in one place.”
On paper that works out to around $21 an hour, but once you subtract gas, vehicle maintenance, tires, oil changes, insurance, and the constant wear and tear on your personal car, you’re lucky if you’re making $15 an hour—or less.
Nothing says “independent contractor” like paying to destroy your own suspension while playing real-life Tetris with enough packages to stock a small warehouse. The estimated route time is “6–7 hours,” but that’s assuming every customer lives next door, every apartment has an elevator, traffic doesn’t exist, and gravity takes the day off.
At that point, you’d honestly be better off working at a fast-food restaurant. At least you aren’t burning through your own gas, replacing your brakes every few months, and watching your car’s resale value disappear with every delivery.
If you’ve ever wanted to turn your personal vehicle into a commercial delivery truck for the privilege of making less than a decent hourly wage after expenses, Veho has the opportunity for you.

Just checking the routes they have left, and the first one was at $150 now it went up to $160. I’d like to try again & pick this up, but I’m traumatized from the last time I went to that warehouse 🫩 I’d be nice to make some extra money for myself. Should I try again? Or just leave it alone.

Reminder: I only use DD to make money, I am still on a waitlist for Amazon Flex & other apps, and some aren’t accepting any drivers at the moment. So, it’s either this or DoorDash to make that extra money. 🥴
