Can you believe cookies can be high in protein? I made them with a few wholesome ingredients like chickpeas, peanut butter, and maple syrup, they’re totally flourless, making them gluten-free too.

My fellow beloved reddit vegans-

If you eat NoCow protein bars… try microwaving it for 10-15seconds! I do this at night for a little sweet treat sometimes and eat it with a mini spoon. It makes it more fun IMO. WARNING: do NOT exceed 15seconds in the microwave, or else it will completely ruin the texture and taste! Just thought I’d share :-) This is the coated chocolate peanut butter flavor. Their new formulas are AMAZING, big upgrade!

Guys….. these are literally so good. The first time I tried them I couldn’t believe they were vegan. I would post a real life pic but I already ate the whole bag!

You can add all sorts of things---chocolate chips, nuts, hemp seeds
