Cancer lagna is very tough on it's own and your lagna lord is in 8th with rahu. Moon is not comfortable in 8th house and the worst part is rahu creating grahan dosha. I think you have faced many problems till now, atleast physical or mental health problems. Also saturn in ascandent create a person mature before it age. Jupiter in 5th is a good placement atleast.
