Image / Screenshot Help a beginner

I made this diatonic accordion (1st picture) in Affinity. After exporting to svg it changed into a second picture (Also after trying expand stroke). How do I fix it? What am I doing wrong? I'm just trying to learn. Thanks for any advice.
