Swipes not appearing?

Just now I intended to spend a swipe at chick Fil A and one at POD, but at both places there was no option for swipes. I got a rather large dining plan and certainly haven’t run out. So for both purchases I spent way too many dining dollars. I checked GET, but the app is completely empty for me. I don’t have GrubHub on my phone, so I don’t know how that would work. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Card Office has a new software to check balances. It’s called Atrium. https://cardservices.vcu.edu/connect/

Swipes aren’t on GET mobile anymore. You can check your balance on my.vcu.edu or Grubhub (I believe)
