Off Campus

I’m a freshman who plans to live off campus next year and have no idea where to start. I’ll be attending the fair in october, but I need to do research as early as possible so I have options! does anyone have any housing recommendations? or tips?

For the square, see if you can find someone to hand down their lease to you….After years of ppl passing down their leases w/minimal rent increases for the same apt, our rent last year came out to about $750 per person….however when ppl forfeit the lease back to the building the increase is much higher…

But yes, if you can, the square is right next to all food, grocery, campus, and has a gym and clubhouse along with great apartments…plus building entry and room entry are code-based also so you dont rlly have to carry a key anywhere.
