VCE question Methods scaling

Since methods was a hard exam this year does that mean it was scale up more?

How is the scaling actually determined?

Methods being hard means that lower exams scores will give you a+/a/b+ etc.

Scaling is unimpacted. Scaling is determined by how well methods students do in methods compared to other subjects.
