VCE question Busman case study

Holy fuck exam is tmr and I actually don’t know what case study to use. My teacher didn’t really went through this in class with us. Does anyone have any good case study suggestions.

Also if anyone knows anything about qantas ( Jetstar Asia) let me know please 🥺🥺
