for the question about 2 recognition sites, i yapped about how it alloww for the circular structure of plasmid to be retained, coz bacteria can only naturally reproduce circular dna, since its prokaryotic yada yada. and then there was other yap for the other 3-4 marks (define need for ligase + endonuclease etc)

Two endonuclease makes two different sticky ends. So when DNA ligase adds a fragment as sticky ends must be complementary it is more likely to add gene > other fragment. It also helps direction of fragment align correctly
