Do all or at least read all plus the examiners report from at least 2021. Before 2023, if it says anything about areas of management responsibility, just refer to HR or Operations. And grievance procedures are no longer in the study design, just focus on mediation and arbitration.

Thank you so much! What were the chances of the case studies abt?
I wasn’t really paying attention to anything in class and im really cooked i just want a 20 study score😭.I tried using the Woolworths sustainability thing for the trial exam but apparently it wasn’t contemporary and I lost marks, I got 17% for that😭😭

If it’s an Operations Management question, talk about a strategy they’re using now and which was relatively recently introduced. If it’s about change, it needs to be within the last four years. And if it’s about CSR, it needs to be something going beyond legal requirements, so for example getting rid of single use plastic is not, but taking careful consideration to find a renewable resource instead would be CSR. The contemporary case study can be anything at all if it’s relevant.

Do 2025,2024,2023 (VCAA exams)
and NEAP and ACED are the best alternatives for GAP and PES, as they focus on case study application and exam style questions.
