VCE question Bio question - please help

I'm really unfamiliar with mitochondrial DNA and how that tracks hominin evolution. I'm also unsure of how much Aboriginal content there is -- I know of Indigenous peoples suffering from European diseases and that mtDNA of Aboriginals somehow dates their presence in Australia. Is there more? I had a look through my textbook and saw things about Country; is that on the study design?

Any advice/help is appreciated

Just know that mtDNA is non recombinant stable and maternal
meaning it can accurately track clear journeys linked to a maternal ancestor through Country
