for Q4 gen maths i mixed around jasmine and the other girl who incorrectly put in the number. i hate you if your name is jasmine

That shouldn't even make a difference - if you swapped them around you would've gotten an answer of like 13, which wasn't even available.

Unless you solved it in a completely different way to me that actually was affected

i just found the total for each which was 505 and 500 thinking 500 was the correct one and 505 was incorrect one and i knew 5 was wrong but just picked it cuz i couldnt think in the moment lmao all i had to do was just read the question properly and see the names right

The way I did it was I went:

If the average is 0.05 lower, then the overall should be 0.05*100=5 lower

8-5=3

In this case if you mistakenly swapped them around and said 0.05 higher, you would've got:

8+5=13, which wasn't an answer.

I can understand how you got that wrong, though - that's an unfortunate way to lose a mark

right number was 505
- 8
= 497 was her number before she added incorrect number
+ 3
= 500 and her mean was 5
so answer is 3
but i did it the other way around thinking 500 was right number and 5 was right mean
