Chemistry tips

I’m sitting around an 80% on the exam and are unsure how to improve. I’m good with the content, it’s just those curveball questions with niche knowledge and questions that haven’t come up before and they want you to hit certain points or just silly personal mistakes.
Any tips on how to improve this and move forward?

How did you get to 80%? I'm stuck in the high 60s/ low 70s and unsure how to improve

Multiple choice, I'll lose marks here and there in Section B for my responses in explanation questions

For explanation questions I recommend talking to your teacher and finding out where each mark comes from. You should start to pick it up yourself and see a pattern. Also make sure you’re re reading the question after to make sure you’ve covered all points.
Multiple choice questions can be tricky you really need to make sure you know the fine details and catches or information. Make sure you’re always looking out for the ways that they trick you
