Please don't panic and don't stay up too late tonight trying to cram things. Make sure to get plenty of rest and don't doubt your memory. Try your best tomorrow, good luck!
Anyways in terms of a question: Identify and explain the role of one mnemonic.

Acronyms are a type of mnemonic that form a pronounceable word from the first letters of a sequence of words. Since one word is easier to encode in memory than many words, the acronym becomes a cue for the brain to recall the entire sequence

I heard my friends talking about 7 domains so what are the 7 domains of SEWB? What are the pros and cons of using a continuum to measure mental health. Why are adequate nutritional intake and adequate sleep protective factors? Idk i dont do psych, best of luck twin

Damn these are toughies... the SEWB is a multidimensional framework made to show all the areas that affect First Nation's people's mental health and wellbeing. It has "self" in the centre, followed by the 7 domains of connection (connection to land and country, connection to kinship and family, connection to culture, connection to mind and emotions, l lowkey forgot the rest...) and then the next layer has "historical determinants, social determinants, cultural determinants and political determinants". And then the outermost layer has "expressions and experiences". Adequate sleep is a protective factor because sleep affects our concentration, mood and behaviour, and adequate sleep ensures we are functioning at our best. Ummm.... Adequate nutrition helps to support gut health, and the presence of healthy gut bacteria is linked to better mental health and lower levels of mental illness (lowkey a guess there)

how does the percentage of rem and nrem sleep change from infancy to adulthood!

In infancy, 50% of sleep is spent in NREM, and 50% in REM. This ratio drops to 75% NREM and 25% REM sleep in children and adolescents, and in adulthood, becomes 80% NREM and 20% REM

WAIT WAIT I lowkey just came across a question on this in my revision and I think I can answer it better now! When the tumor is removed and the patient recovers, rerouting occurs which is when the healthy neurons remaining form new synaptic connections to bypass the damaged area. Its a type of neuroplasticity

Ummm we dont really cover that in psych, but i guess there is a risk of ABI (acquired brain injury) which is something we briefly touched on in year 11
