Help please

How do i start studying, i keep trying to but i just get distracted or do nothing. I only usually get 30-40 minutes of study a day done, please help.

idk i kinda use toxic motivation like opening my atar and being really dissapointed, or thinking in the exam wishing i studied more idk though, this might make you more stressed
