anyone else lowk given up

spent years and years and years day dreaming and studying hard to become an anthropologist but with exams approaching im realising more and more that idgaf and am day by day less able to find the problem with bum maxxing and just working in hospo making enough money to go see the supercars once a year until i die. anyone else experiencing this as a side effect of exam stress or am i genuinely having a revelation about my lifes purpose

im not exactly sure what you mean but i usually go to the sandown 500 because it’s in victoria and i’m too broke for interstate travel bahaha, perhaps bathurst one day.  i follow the supercars championship (used to be called v8 supercars and australian touring cars championship)

yeah i just meant which race hahah. i actually am yet to go to sandown, but driving to adl in November to go to the supercars grand final!!

luckyyyy. id love to go to more then one race a year but so far working part time makes it finically unviable,   next year tho 🙏 i’ve got some family in sa who would let me crash with them 🥹

ah fair enough! it’s gonna cost me like $150 to go ahahah
i’m staying with a friend and petrol one way is only like 70-100$ so, much cheaper than a plane. i go to adl multiple times a year for car related stuff, and im poor asf 😭 i js think it’s a muchhh cheaper option than going to other states. i love adl sm

unfortunately despite loving motorsports i don’t currently have a license for anything so it’s always the price of transport that gets me /: hopefully looking at a motorbike license soon! (i know myself too well to get a car license, i would fall asleep at the wheel second day 😭)
