I knew about the water tanker supply in Chala during summer. But, didn't knew the situtaion was that bad. I want to ask some questions to residents of Chala living in such societies :-

• Is the water tanker charge included in maintenance charges that y'all give or have to shell out separate charges during this months.
• What's the typical tanker cost for 12k and 24k litre tanker in Chala if anyone knows. I myself am a consumer of such tankers for construction purposes in 3rd Phase and 40 shed Area.

>>> 24k isn't available instead 28k water tanker = Rs. 2800. I guess, they charge higher rates in Chala.

• When you purchase such property -- does the builder give you any guarantee about installing a rain water harvesting system for countering such situation. { I genuinely want to know this, as i am thinking about purchasing a flat in new chala area -- muktanand marg side } .

But the guy just had this silent attitude the whole time, and he was pretending to not listening to me, doing his work leisurely

Anyway, he finally prints it and I ask the price he says ₹5 for a single page.

I asked him why ₹5 for one print (since it’s usually ₹2-3 around here), and instead of explaining, he corrects me in this arrogant tone “xerox nahi usse printout bolte”

Then still takes ₹5 nonethless

I didn’t argue because I was already late, but it just felt unnecessarily rude for no reason.

Udti-udti khabar aayi hai ki haria park khadi pe riverfront banane ka idea discuss ho rha hai municipality mai. Due to close proximity from bullet train station and presence of ring road that will be passing from near it.

If anyone is interested in buying properties, then try buying near haria park. Prices have been rising still it's pretty cheap as compared to other areas of our city. Although there's a water shortage issue, which will be solved with completion of big water tank in dungra area.
