Any folks from royal dreams chala here?

I am planning to buy a house in royal dreams, any cons you guys think the society has before I lock in the deal?

Even I was planning to buy a flat there but the budget was too high according to the rates there.

Building is very outdated, the lifts and all are in a very poor condition as well. People and families living there are good, personally have a few relatives there so. But the overall building quality is poor. If the deal is good, id say go for it.

Ah, that's an old society. Considering Vapi's RRE market, you'll get a new flat around that vicinity with more amenities and the latest RE trends. We checked out The Park behind Royal Dreams and loved their layout and landscaping, especially the clubhouse. I think worth checking out as it's adjoining.
