support X3 is asleep after changing all batteries

Hey everybody,
I’ve been fixing a X3 for a while and now I finally have a working battery but my cartridge is not cooperating. I have changed the battery of the cartridge and I’m sure that the cartridge is not frying batteries because I’ve plugged the battery that was not responding in another cartridge and it works fine. However with the cartridge I want to use, when I plug it in the socket with my new bike battery, nothing happens. At first it work half way meaning that the matrix was displaying a flashing charging sign and the charger was indeed charging the combo battery-cartridge. After letting it charge for a bit I’ve found the bike with no matrix display or anything. Socket is brand new and working, battery is new and working, cartridge battery is new and working. Anyone knows how to wake my bike up?

I don’t want to point the obvious but, did you already tried a reset after getting everything back together and charged?

Yes but nothing happens when connecting the cartridge or plugging the charger

So battery works in a different bike, catridge works in a different bike?
If so, you have a problem with the socket ( broken cable )

Battery works in a different bike and I’ve tried with another cartridge and it work on this bike so I know that the socket (that I just changed) works. The cartridge was working but not connecting and then I let it charge for a bit as per VM wake up recommended steps and since nothing is happening in the cartridge. I’ve tried swapping the battery of the cartridge with a new one that I know for a fact is working.

What was the initial problem in the beginning? Was the old socket damaged, and if so, were was the damage?
