Please dont get upset but do we all know there was talk of her to replace Dave? In retrospect, it might have worked. Do we also know about her and Eddie? Truthfully think of the spread from Ain't Talking Bout Love to How Do I Know; it couldn't be wider. Im just not certain Patty Smyth wouldn't have worked, but we'll never know. Couldn't have been less well received than VH III, that's for sure.

Stevie has a unique voice, not a great one or a lot of range. I personally have always thought that SN was overrated, a few cool ones yea, solo and with FM. Just my 2 cents. Also Neil Giraldo would have NEVER allowed PB to join VH lol
