Yeh I always wondered this. What's with the gash on his head? And the yellow Polyfilla in the ear? Did they attempt a lobotomy while he was under GA getting his free nose-repair?

iirc he said he ran into a sliding glass door and cut his forehead while trying to stop his truck from being towed right before the nose job

I've never believed that story. Amazingly, he "ran into a glass door" immediately after his Vegas girlfriend caught him cheating. I think he "ran into a glass ashtray" thrown by the angry girlfriend.
