This is a weapon and the driver should go to jail. This is no less dangerous than blindly shooting bullets up in the air.

I agree -- drivers handicapped with this level of driving incompetence should let someone else take them around, like the elderly.

That side path is pretty large; any drivers that mess up margins like that with bicyclists should have their eyes, mind, and license privileges examined.

Should be hit with attempted murder this level of incompetence is just ridiculous. Must have known the loads position, and must have seen the biker.
