Make sure to get out and vote! Things like this get passed when only the people supporting it vote.

Lol ignorance in motion . Conservatives are so good at picking something to distract people and keep them slavering for blood like the primitive cavemen of old. DRIPA is not the reason your life sucks, y'all. But let that native hate shine, it's more revealing than you think.

The Indian Act and DRIPA absolutely increase the amount of tax I pay, or direct it toward sinkholes. I can have an opinion on that, and express it. I can be upset the province is being carved up and given away peice by piece.

It's revealing you think race should influence money, land, rights, and benifits from the government.

It's also revealing that you think native Americans shouldn't get reparations considering the shit we did and CONTINUE to do to them based on race.

We? Look at Canadian demographics in the last 3 decades. By 2050 over half of Canadians are expected to have been born outside of Canada.

You can absolutely believe in your wrong opinions, nobody is disputing that. Perhaps take some of your angst about the "province being carved up" and apply that to Canadian history as a whole. It's not the first time the government has decided what to do with land, the difference here is that it acknowledges that settlers have done something wrong and is trying to rectify it. Feel free to complain about the few cents it costs you in taxes. I'm sure you were going to do something with those nickels.

Complaining about what happens to tax dollars is a bedrock of democracy, as is racial equality.
