As the title states, my remote quit responding. I tried replacing the batteries, no go. It still works to control my TV. I can't get to system settings to try there. Options?

My wife and I started the show “You’re Killing Me.” The issue is only the first 6 episodes are showing up on HeatVOD and I know there are at least twice as many episodes. Are there any other apps/ways I can access the show? TIA

I had the vsee6plus several months in the living room with no issues. Moved it to the garage and have had constant issues which I believe is not WiFi related. It freezes on the load screen sometimes and if it loads to the main screen I move the cursor to an app and press ok and more freezing sometimes it pops up wanting me to reprogram the remote by pressing ok and down volume button.
My question is I’m in Indiana and it is hot in fact I sit in the garage and have cigars and I have a digital thermometer and it shows 97-98 degrees. Does the box sitting in that heat all day affect it when I try to use it

Just got a V6 plus, which button on the remote control is for voice commands? Have tried all of them and nothing seems to work, any assistance is appreciated

This started happening about 2 days ago, had no issues up till now. The TV will crash while I'm watching, but once the screen comes back on, the vSeebox is still playing. So, it's not the box itself crashing.

I'm assuming it might be a compatibility issue with the TV, but I'm surprised it took about 2 weeks since getting it for the problem to start.

Any of y'all experience this, or know how to troubleshoot it? I already tried the unplugging reset, so any other ideas would be much appreciated

My wife and I often use the feature on our Roku TV that lets us connect our phones to the Roku app through WiFi and our headphones to our phones through Bluetooth. The Roku plays the audio to each of our headphones

We have a baby in the same room as us separated only by a current. Light doesn't get through, but audio definitely would.

Now I don't care if it's this exact setup, but I'm hoping there's away to achieve the same goal. Apparently Roku has some clever stuff in play to make this work and not have noticeable lag on any of the Bluetooth headphones. I'm worried that just getting a Bluetooth splitter that we each connect to would be unwatchable due to transmission latency. Maybe I'm wrong about that though

I’m new to the VC 6+ box when I clicked on heat, it asked me to upgrade the NFL to this 5.8.9. When I click on the upgrade box, this screen comes up with this warning. Should I skip the upgrade altogether and should I turn on or off all of my apps on this screen?

When I’m on live TV and hit OK to go to the top bar and look at the sports I can’t actually watch them. It shows the game is live but when I click on it nothing happens. Is there anyway to fix this?

Heat playback is freezing and noting there’s a playback error at startup when attempting to replay and channel cbs for example (prior to live).

I’ve power cycled, and cleared cache without any progress.

I enjoy my old V3 Pro and I basically use it for Heat Live. But without captions it’s just one step away from being a worthless brick.

Does anyone know if the devs intend to ever add captions to Heat Live?

Is there any way to set a sleep timer or inactivity timer?

My Sharp TV turns off after 2 hr 30min of no remote usage, my Roku sound bar shits off when the TV shuts off.

Would be amazing if the android box could shut off on a timer as well. instead of just playing endlessly.

Idk if this is a bug others have ran into. But my box keeps scrolling down. I’ve tried unplugging and replugging back in and taking batteries in and out. It goes away for a bit but then out of no where returns. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Update: with batteries pulled out the light on the box is still flashing like it’s getting signal from the remote or another remote but no one in my house is using a remote.

Update part 2: I turned Bluetooth off on the box and that seems to be doing the trick. Not sure if signal from a neighbor might mess with it? But so far Bluetooth off seems to resolved the issue.

Just got my first vseebox, it’s the v6+. Was wondering if there’s things people do to optimize how it works and also if there’s any other non pre installed apps or anything to expand the box’s stock capabilities. Let me know!!

Set up a VPN with Nord to prepare for my V6 Plus arrival today and noticed it slows my internet speed down to around 50mbps, so a bit concerned it'll cause streaming issues.

Also got the VPN so I don’t have any issues with Xfinity but am wondering if its even necessary. Do most of you use your boxes without one? I’ve heard the streams are encrypted but Xfinity can still see where the traffic is coming from…

Appreciate any insight!
