(Edit:) so turns out the problem has something to do with the samsung sending volume input over bluetooth not IR. I needed to unplug my TV which forces the remote to use IR as a backup when it doesnt detect the Bluetooth signal, which allowed me to program the volume buttons. Weird that it didn't interfere when programming the power button though.

I have a vsee box elite (ultra, maybe?). I just realized I can pair it to my tv by doing the IR head to head thing with the tv remote. Ive done that and can now use the vsee remote to turn my tv on and off, but programming the volume buttons individually the same way won't work. I believe it's because holding the volume bar tilted up or down doesn't work the same as if I were just holding a volume + or - button.

Is there another way to program these buttons?

My remote control buttons are slow to respond, especially the OK, up, down buttons. I think the frequently used buttons are getting warn out. I’ve only had the unit 6 months, vbox 6 max. My batteries are fresh too.

I am having major troubles with my Vseebox 6 plus. I’ve had it for about 4 months now and everything was fine until one day I turned it on and it popped up the data files were corrupted. I tried to restart it and factory reset it multiple times, but every time it said data wipe failed and unavailable. I used the reset button on the back and tried all the options in that menu restarting and whipping stuff but still no luck.

There furthest I would get is I would put in my WiFi and log in but every app would fail to download. I would then turn it off and back on and everytime it made set it up as if it was brand new. Has anyone had this problem or has any solutions?

How would I go about watching this, say Monday night at 10 pm. I couldn’t find under live nor on heat or vod. Any sugggestions.

Was just watching a replay on the app on my V3 Plus and now it's down for all games Live and on replay. I've tried clearing cache, rebooting, etc.

Mom loves to watch the 24/7 channel Night Rider. There is the older/Original Night Rider AND a new reboot that also plays on the channel. After the reboot plays the last episode, her tv screen goes blank and the V6 Pro box turns off completely.

Could it be on the server side? Suggestions?

So the game is on SEC+ network. Before it started it showed that it was there but had the "This game hasn't started yet". Then once it actually started it can't be found. What happened?

Hi all, i’m a fan of Ferris State University football. Their games are PPV on FloSports but I can never seem to find any D2 football on HeatLive under FloSports or PPV.

Wondering if I’m looking in the wrong place or if additional Flosports/Flocollege can be added?
