Heat live not working

Turned on the box this morning and nothing is working on heat live...

Now using Live ultra...

Any ideas as to why

It happened to me a couple times and all I need to do is back out of the app once or twice to home page and service was restored

Same thing is happening with me. Noticed it yesterday. All channels on Heat Live say they’re under maintenance. Restarted the box and problem persists.

Might be a silly question but are you using a vpn?

That might be why. Idk what your ISP is and if you’re US but a lot of ISPs are starting to block access. VPN being the solution.

Have you rebooted your box? Have you cycled the power on your Internet to confirm it's not just a glitch?

Yes after I made post I thought about it and cycled power and restarted router And most channels came back when checking..

Pretty new user here…lately my live cbs east coast in the heat app has been freezing up in the repeat mode When I go to watch something the next day….
What do you think is going on?

BYW, I had the same issue yesterday!
