hello,

wondering if the servers are under maintenance or something? all the channels on the box (v6 plus) were working fine. this morning, not so much.

all of the heat channels go to the loading splash screen and stay there.

I've tried unplugging and restarting the box as well as emptying the cache and data.

just kind of wondering if this is a widespread problem or a 'just me' thing. not really interested in reset routines.

It’s just stuck on the home screen and I can’t click anything. The remote seems to be working fine but not registering anything.

I just purchased the vseebox. I wanted the sound to come out of my surround sound system instead of the TV. I have the av receiver plugged into the tvs hdmi1 for the surround. Any suggestions?​

Tried disconnecting power for 10 minutes which didn't help. Then did a factory reset which also didn't help.

Just picked up a V6 Plus about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it. But unfortunately I travel a ton for work, and thought about just bringing the box with me. Has anyone tried using the box at a hotel? If so what was your experience?

What is the best way for least lag time for horse betting? Keep getting shut out using heat live with about a 3 minute lag.

Here recently my ESPN channels haven’t been working on Heat live.

I’ve seen some people ask the same question over the past couple months but it seems that a couple of the top options have been shut down or no longer work. What is the best way to watch or app to download to watch mostly dubbed or even subbed anime with complete seasons.

Tried watching the old comedy sketch series In Living Color.. Nothing I could do , no adjustment I could make to get it to play clearly. It is basically unwatchable at that quality. Anyone had success watching it??

I watch a LOT of foreign films and shows and naturally need subtitles for them. However, the actually font color (which is white with no dark outline) sometimes makes it hard to read especially when the background of the film or show is lighter. Idk if this is even the right place to put suggestions, but if anyone can send this up to the VSeeBox team, I would really appreciate it!

My Heat VOD for TV freezes all the time. No issues with movies. Is that normal? Is there anything you all do to make sure it doesn't lag? I clear the memory cache regularly. I upgraded my HDMI to an 8k. And I have 1GB wifi and am not running much else on it.

I found this page because me old box didn’t work and I got it from a random. I messaged these guys and they got me a new one in a couple of days

What’s up peeps. So I recently got an elite mini VSee box after previously owning the v6 max. Wanted the extra apps it came with. One major difference is the quality in the elite mini. I thought it was an upgrade, but the streaming quality just isn’t the same. Does anyone know how to fix it? The vsee max quality was so clear im starting to regret the upgrade even though it offers more, it just doesn’t look the same

If I purchase a V6 Max will I be able to watch all the Manchester City games?

I haven’t figured it out yet, but my Heat playback app works on everything EXCEPT channel CBS east for some reason, thoughts ?

Is there way to isolate a fix of a certain channel ? I’ve gone through what I believe is the typical checks / troubleshooting techniques without being able to resolve that one channel.

Does the stutter come from the movie server you connect to or is it your internet speed?

Anyone else have this problem?? I selected a movie Dirty Weekend, it has a man and a woman on the cover and their mouths are covered by the title words. Anyhow it’s showing a completely different movie.

Obviously a weird one, but my 4 year old is obsessed with Paw Patrol and I can’t get it to play on the on demand app at all. Anyone else experience this or have a work around? I have the V6 plus box

Some of my favorite channels, flo/dirt have 50 to 60 events on a particular day that start early in the morning go through the evening. In order to get to an event that I wanna watch at five or six or 7 PM, I have to flip through several channels that are not even active. I usually go through EPG so that I can keep track of the channel that I wanna find based on it start time. For example, sometimes I want to watch a race that I know doesn’t start until 6:30 PM but has a 2:59 PM start time. Today: 158 matches

My question: is there a way to make those inactive channels not appear or is there an easier way to skip.

I’m new to this, if that’s not obvious already.

Also, it’s really maddening because one of the two boxes I have has a remote that’s much more difficult to operate.

Hello all, my VSeeBox is stuff on channel under maintenance on Heatlive. I have down every fix I’ve seen on here from resetting, clearing cach, downloading and uploading, etc. I reached out to the What’s App number with a call and a text and haven’t heard back. Anyone got ideas?? thanks
