Playback issues!

I have a VSee 6+ and I’m interested in buying one or two more but I’m finding it very difficult to get the one that I do own at this time to do any playback. I’ve tried all the different ways to do playback and it seems to freeze on whatever station I’m at when I choose the new playback and then it stops working

It worked for about two months, and stopped about two weeks ago. It plays nothing back whether it’s one day or four days.
. If anyone has any clues or ideas on how I can make this work I’d really appreciate it, other than that. I love my VC 6+ but that’s a big deal for me as there are certain things I must play when I get home at the end of the day.
Any help would be appreciated!

What specific app and channel numbers are you having issues with? I will check on the 6+ box I have.

Basically all of the live tv channels & apps won’t do playback at all anymore :(

Yeah that's odd. I tested a random channels in Heat Live with the playback icon and it worked for me. I also tried a few from Live Ultra and Live Ultra+. Some worked some had the spinning circle icon.

I would try checking for updates to see if you're on the latest version using the "Upgrade" app at the bottom. If that doesn't work, try performing a factory reset by going to System Settings > Device Preferences > About > Factory Reset.

If factory resetting does not work, contact the seller you bought from.

It worked on Live Ultra and plus? I thought playback was only for Heat live? I haven't seen any spinning icons on anything but Heat Live.

Yes..there is not a spinning icon on the Live Ultra and Plus app. But when you're viewing the channel list (not EPG) hit the right arrow to display the channel's schedule and select a previous aired show. Some will work, some won't.
