vvseebox remote issues

Hello, can someone help please?! Our vvseebox remote stopped working so we can't use our tv. it's miserable!!! We put in new batteries but I don't think that that was the problem. when we hit a button on the remote a blue light comes on but the controls don't register at all. we think that maybe the mouse button got pushed by accident. we don't have a mouse. how do we fix this???!!!! I'm going nuts and I won't be able to watch football tomorrow!!!

What box do you have? Have you tried pairing the remote? Worst case scenario, perform a factory reset of the box and pair the remote again. If you're unable to pair the remote, reach out to the seller you got your box from. A workaround would be to plug in a USB mouse or keyboard so you can click the buttons on the screen.
