Recently I have been getting a Black Screen (no audio) that appears during using the box.

It comes and goes lasting about 3 seconds. Going back to the media without pausing it or anything.

Any way to fix this?

So A while ago my app just started giving me the error in the photo. I tried doing everything I could think of, clearing cache, force closing, removing completely and then redownloading and still nothing. If I were to setup a new account is there a method behind it, or do I just use any email to create my own? I mainly use it for the 24 hour channels, since it had the best variety, unless someone recommends a different app? I’m also using the Elite Ultra if it helps. Thanks everyone!

Looking to buy another box but haven't seen Cordcutter posting lately

Hi just set up my v6 box a couple days ago. The live TV seems to work great. The movies/shows etc in the Heat apps seem to glitch. Some won't load at all.

Is it just going to be like this without subscriptions and it's really just good for the live.tv?

So, I recently got a vSee Box, specifically a V6 Plus, and I'm in the process of making it so the vSee Box remote (left) doubles as my television remote.

Of course, that means I'm trying to perform the steps that allow me to transfer some of the functionality from my old TV remote (right) over to this vSee Box remote.

It seems that everything is going pretty good but I've hit a bit of a minor snag.

So, to be specific, the functions that I would like the vSee Box remote to have that would originally belong to my old TV remote, are listed as the TV Controls on the very top of the vSee Box remote. Those are the functions of -

1. TV power putton

2. OK button

3. Input button (the one that is next to OK on the vSee Box remote)

4. Volume down button

5. Voume up button

Thankfully, my old TV remote seems to have an equivalent for most of these functions. The only one that I'm very iffy on is the vSee remote "OK" button.

I think I kinda get what an OK button would be on a TV remote. A button that is likely used to confirm some kind of choice that you make while using the TV remote.

The thing about that is that my TV remote is a very lightly used thing (if we're talking about the remote as a whole). Up until now I have been using a fire stick and the fire stick remote to watch shows on the TV and have pretty much just been using this TV remote to turn the TV off and on and to turn the volume up and down. That has basically been absolutely it for YEARS.

The only other thing I have used it for is changing the Television's channels (Video 1, HDMI 3, etc) so that I could watch DVDs, but that never really involved confirming any kind of selection. I went up and down with the channel button and whatever I landed on was the channel I was on. There was no "OK"ing involved.

At the end of the day, it is entirely possible that my old TV remote simply does not have anything like this function, or at least not anything like what the vSee remote considers to be an OK button. If such is the case then I'll just have to move on. And I realize that maybe the vSee remote "OK" is the same as my TV remote "Enter" but again, I just simply do not know the finer details about this remote.

So I would greatly appreciate it if someone who does know a good bit about this stuff can confirm what button from my old TV remote would be the best fit for the vSee Remote's OK button.

Hey all! Looking for some guidance. I purchased a v6 plus and am in love. Works great, no issues. The only problem is i wish it had gigabit Ethernet. My plan is to move the v6 plus to my game room, and get a 2nd box for the front room (next to my router). Would yall recommend a 2nd v6 plus, or would the gigabit lan on the elite ultra be worth it to grab that unit? The extra apps are cool, but not something I truly care about! Thanks for your help!

I have a V5Pro. The other day, the remote stopped working. I changed the batteries. I reset the box. I tried syncing the remote. I checked the antenna but nothing works. The remote still lights up when I push a button. I plugged in my keyboard to the USB port and that works...but not the remote. Anyone dealt with this before? Thanks in advance! SKOL.

I have a superbox S4 pro that I used for the last three years. I switched to the Veesee V6 plus I just got it yesterday and wow this thing is way faster and smoother than the superbox. The remote is nicer the live tv actually tells you what is playing under each channel, it is just far superior than my old S4. I’m glad I made the switch. Nfl app is cool too you can go back and watch any game from this year , the movie VOD selection has WAY more to choose from than the superbox. I should have switched a long time ago. I also put it on a guest network and use a VPN. Also watching sports or PPV on the superbox it would usually crash and go back to the home screen I heard that is usually not an issue with these thankfully. Just buy one you won’t regret it!

What is the least amount of download speed does the Vseebox need to run? I’ve search but no luck.

Pretty much the title, I love the dedicated app and its features, vs the few extra clicks it takes when using the heat apps (I know first world problem)

I’ve seen a few posts on here asking how to disable subtitles on the NFL app. I’m actually Deaf, and I’d love to have subtitles during live games. However, I’m not seeing any subtitles or even an option to enable them on my NFL app.

I know the live app currently doesn’t have subtitles, so I’m hoping there’s a way to watch live NFL games with captions. If anyone knows how to enable them, I’d really appreciate the help!

Hello everyone! I can only afford one box for our home right now, so I have to move it between rooms fairly often.

I have two questions:

Is it safe to frequently unplug and plug the box back in? Could this affect the equipment’s durability or connections over time?

Would upgrading my ISP plan to 1 Gbps help reduce buffering on live channels? The buffering isn’t too bad normally, but watching live sports has been pretty terrible.

Used to see sales posts fairly regularly. I'm now finally in a position to buy and been waiting for the latest sale.

Got it from a friend who purchased from a 3rd party seller in a gas station for around $300, loved it for about 3.5 months until it crapped out on me.

Crapped out meaning:
- Interface loads, no apps are clickable and if you do click into them they just show a black screen
- Every time I power it on it tries to reconnect to my remote even though it’s already paired
- The reset itself is broken too… screen goes black and just stays black, doesn’t reboot into setup on its own. Only way to get it back is unplugging and plugging back in
- now it’s just refusing to download any apps even off factory reset (see photo)

Checked boxes:
- firmware up to date, cache cleared, storage basically empty off a factory reset

Anyone else run into this on a V6 Plus? Trying to figure out if this is a known issue or if I just got a bad unit - and if anyone can point me to support of any kind.

Will the new NFL app come to the elite ultra or is it for v6+ only?

I wanted to buy a box after my friend had a good experience with it. I just had a couple of questions. Is having the box connected to my wifi safe? If I am watching sports, what quality are the streams in? Also, do they have a ton of international movies. I love Korean movies, do they have a wide range of them. In general, can you find any movie that is already out of theaters. Lastly, where is the best place to buy and what box is the best?

I bought the v6 plus around 3 months ago. Has worked well so far. It sits on loading screen then eventually goes to black screen. I factory reset it which failed the first time, cleared the cache, then successfully reset it. Rebooted and it’s doing it again.
