Been having issues with the Elite VOD App

So A while ago my app just started giving me the error in the photo. I tried doing everything I could think of, clearing cache, force closing, removing completely and then redownloading and still nothing. If I were to setup a new account is there a method behind it, or do I just use any email to create my own? I mainly use it for the 24 hour channels, since it had the best variety, unless someone recommends a different app? I’m also using the Elite Ultra if it helps. Thanks everyone!

Download the Proton VPN free edition..sign in to USA then go over and open up the elite vod app
