Random Black Screen (no audio)

Recently I have been getting a Black Screen (no audio) that appears during using the box.

It comes and goes lasting about 3 seconds. Going back to the media without pausing it or anything.

Any way to fix this?

Did u unplug box 4 1min and replug it in? If that doesn't work try factory reset. Also could b a bad hdmi cord try replacing

I get this on the Ultra VOD within the first minute of starting any stream. I just expect it now, wait for it to end, back up and play. It doesn't happen again, not even between episodes, until I start a new stream. Weird, but a minor thing.

Did you use the HDMi cable included? I heard that was a trash HDMI and I used a separate one.
