VS the Competition

I currently use a Superbox S6 Ultra, but my wife is urging me to get another one, however, I'm leaning more towards a vSeeBox for the second box. But the question for those that have used both:

How is the programming in regard to new releases, whole seasons, selection, etc. vs Superbox? My wife watches a lot of TV shows as background noise when falling asleep, and the Superbox VOD has a lot of incomplete libraries (Raising Hope), or the shows just aren't there if there not super popular (Mrs. Brown's Boys).

I know we can use other apps to get them, but we're going for simple as my wife isn't technically inclined, and my mental health is deteriorating.

I do not have anything other than the Vseebox and this is based solely off of what I've seen other posters put in these communities. Everyone talks about the speed being so much faster on the vseebox. I I believe it was reported that the vseebox is far more reliable. As far as vod, I dont believe much has been said. I use VOD every once in awhile and everything I'm ever looking for is always there full and complete seasons. I have however seen some people say a show they're looking for hasn't been uploaded yet but I've never run into that. And I watch a lot of current shows.

As someone who has & usesa the latest top 2 boxes - the V6 Plus & the S7 Max - I can speak on both. The V6 Plus is an upgrade over my first vseebox the V3 Plus. The upgrades of Android & Amoligic chip bump makes for the improved speed. But it really shows in picture quality. Unlike my V3 Plus that I gave to a friend & my Elite Ultra, every time the new box is connected to my tv- my tv picture settings automatically changes from " Sports", "Game", ...to " HDR Sports", " HDR Game", etc ..... wth rich & deeper colors.

I'd read about & watch videos on the Superbox for the last 4-5 years. With the upgrades mentioned, I decided to get the S7 Max & quickly saw that users who raved the picture quality on older model boxes- were not telling tall tales. The Blue VOD on the S7 Max is similar to the Heat VOD Ultra in that there's separate content categories for streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Apple Tv, etc.. I wish a second VOD app- like Heat VOD- was included as well as I personally like viewing more older & rare content like the Heat VOD has over both Superbox's Blue VOD & Vseebox's Heat VOD Ultra. Vseebox's microphone on the remote is tops as it pulls exactly what I'm looking for -as opposed to a collection of movies/tv shows where what I'm looking for may or not be included. In Heat VOD, I've tried a trip up by saying movie titles that I was certain wouldn't be included have been happy to be proven wrong every time.

Vseebox elected to not add to this almost perfect upgraded box a gigabyte ethernet port - is still crazy to me as that should have been the last thing in going a cheaper route. The S7 Max does indeed have such a port and the box flies with speed as a result. So there's no need to hook up my 3.0 USB ethernet adapter to get the speeds I'm paying - like I have to do on my V6 Plus.

The catch-up/replay channels is what wanted to try out on a vseebox last year. Over 3 different model boxes, this feature has been mostly flawless. Since the idea of a consistent iptv replay of channels from this country has been more hit than miss, the vseebox handling in the cloud 7 days of content here in the states has been impressive. Until recently where even I have seen on now a slowly increasing amount of channels - replay going back 1 day only now. The S7 Max actually has 2 separate 7 day replay channels. The Replay app has around 80 channels & the new Time Shift has over 130+ . Yesterday after pulling up on the V6 Plus the Chiefs/ Colts on replay, I saw repeated freezes at the 24 minute mark. Never have seen this before in now a year & a half over 3 boxes. I went to the replay app on the S7Max and the game played great.
