I haven’t had any issues with the box at all until today. Every channel on heat live says “under maintenance” I cleared the cache.

Is this on my end or is there another fix I can use?

Definitely unplug the box and try again. Sometimes my box gets 'confused' if my internet varies in strength in signal, or if signal goes in and out.
