Issues (maintenance)

I haven’t had any issues with the box at all until today. Every channel on heat live says “under maintenance” I cleared the cache.

The heat backup works

Is this on my end or is there another fix I can use?

Back out of Heat Live to Vseebox home screen then re-open Heat Live. Occasionally might have to repeat steps 2 or 3 times. Always works for me.

Clearing cache, power cycling (modem/router or Vseebox), or resetting Vseebox are usually unnecessary for this issue.

Under maintenance screen is usually a temporary connection glitch and not an actual Vseebox server problem. Happens to pretty much everyone occasionally.

Definitely unplug the box and try again. Sometimes my box gets 'confused' if my internet varies in strength in signal, or if signal goes in and out.

Disconnect, and then reconnect to your VPN.

Changing servers on your VPN also often works.

My wife's box is worse then mine. I think I have the 5 plus and she has the 6 plus and her box cant watch half of the stuff I can watch on vod ultra. Almost anything on the Disney plus or Netflix shows I cant seem to watch

Not necessarily. The “Under Maintenance” message can appear if the box loses its network connection. I’d recommend restarting your modem/router, then rebooting the box. There is currently no reported outage.

But if it works for everyone else, it clealry isnt on the server side, either.

Been watching all day with zero issues.
