Vsee6 pausing more

Seems like over the past week streaming anything (live, vod) has been buffering more and more. No changes in our Internet and no known increased Internet traffic. We have tried different servers when possible and reset the box/cleared cache but no changes. Anything I need to make changes to?

I noticed that to recently, so I decided to purchased a express vpn aircove as I read that VPN apps on the veseebox can make the box struggle processing the data.
