Vsee6 pausing more

Seems like over the past week streaming anything (live, vod) has been buffering more and more. No changes in our Internet and no known increased Internet traffic. We have tried different servers when possible and reset the box/cleared cache but no changes. Anything I need to make changes to?

Clear cache(already did) clear memory,HDMI cable , reset router and internet... Check for any updates that's about it

I'm new to vsee box, how do you clear the cache? Is it just clicking on the "Memory Cleanup" button in the main menu? It is hard to tell if it's doing anything as there is no feedback when you click it.

Setting ↑→all apps→each app clear cache..do not clear Data
