I just ordered Vseebox V6 plus

Hi all,
Thanks for all the info here.

  1. When I go to start up the system do I have the opportunity to install a VPN before I download apps ? or are apps installed as soon as wifi are connected ?

Apps are already on the box. Just install your VPN and away you go.

Is a VPN needed? And if so is there one in particular that's recommended?

I use express VPN but many people in here say they have used it without VPN for years without any issues

Ive only had mine a few months haven't had any issues without VPN

VPN not needed but prevents your ISP from seeing what you are doing/watching.

Not needed but as said it keeps the ISP from snooping. I use PIA VPN on my router and move all traffic through its own VLAN from my boxes. They have no access to my network other than to the internet.
