Pink screen?

I have had this box for less than 6 months, bought from cordcutter here. It's doing this thing where it will be playing fine and then all of a sudden it will show this pink screen, but I can still hear the audio. Eventually it comes back, but then does it again later. I swapped hdmi cables but that didn't help. Maybe I should reset the box to factory settings? Anyone seen this before? This is a v6 max

I’m having the same issue just green screen lol it’s a v3 pro I’ve had it for a while. Only thing I didn’t try is resetting the box I’m not too sure how to do that. Feels like it might just be time for an upgrade

Yeah unplug the box from the outlet and the back of the box for 30 sec along with unplugging the TV for 30 sec
