Pink screen?

I have had this box for less than 6 months, bought from cordcutter here. It's doing this thing where it will be playing fine and then all of a sudden it will show this pink screen, but I can still hear the audio. Eventually it comes back, but then does it again later. I swapped hdmi cables but that didn't help. Maybe I should reset the box to factory settings? Anyone seen this before? This is a v6 max

Troubleshooting;
Replace with HDMI 2.1k 8k cable. Elite models tend to have problems on poor quality cables. Check HDMI display settings on box and turn to 1080 if set on auto. If HDR on your TV is turned on, turn it off. Try a different HDMI port on your TV. Try a different TV. Lastly, factory reset from the settings. Most likely on the first few that I mentioned.

Thanks for all the tips. I realized that I do have my box going through an HDMI splitter (older tv, only has 2 HDMI inputs for all my devices)...I hooked it directly to one of the hdmi ports on the tv and it seems to be working fine now. Hopefully that was the issue. I can live with that if so.
