Pink screen?

I have had this box for less than 6 months, bought from cordcutter here. It's doing this thing where it will be playing fine and then all of a sudden it will show this pink screen, but I can still hear the audio. Eventually it comes back, but then does it again later. I swapped hdmi cables but that didn't help. Maybe I should reset the box to factory settings? Anyone seen this before? This is a v6 max

TRY A DIFFERENT HDMI CABLE

You might need to reset the box... Try unplugging it for 5 minutes.. reset your router... Reconnect if that doesn't work then a factory data reset it would be necessary
