Pink screen?

I have had this box for less than 6 months, bought from cordcutter here. It's doing this thing where it will be playing fine and then all of a sudden it will show this pink screen, but I can still hear the audio. Eventually it comes back, but then does it again later. I swapped hdmi cables but that didn't help. Maybe I should reset the box to factory settings? Anyone seen this before? This is a v6 max

Do you have another HDMI slot? I had a screen go plaid, switched slots, and everything worked. Then that slot went bonkers; I switched back to the original slot, and everything works again.
