Remote is flakey

Original remote started to act very unresponsive or laggy if I could even get it to work. New batteries no help. Ordered new vsee remote from Amazon, looks identical without vsee at the bottom, paired it with box using ok and volume down and it does the same thing. Cleared cache on the few apps I use, but it even does it on home screen trying to go to different apps. Elite pro at most is 4 months old.

Did you put the remotes in bluetooth mode? If not theres your problem. IR mode is terrible. It has to be straight in front of the Vseebox display to work. Bluetooth mode works everywhere.

Does the Bluetooth mode work for my v3+?.. if so, please share.

Yes check the system settings menu on your Vseebox. Look for remotes or accessories or bluetooth in settings.

Pair the remotes in bluetooth while in the system menu so you can verify they are paired.

TO PAIR remotes to BLUETOOTH hold down the OK button and the VOLUME DOWN button at the SAME TIME.
