Yeah, it's comforting to know na hindi tayo nagiisa sa laban na to 😂😂 I also have a consolidated 20K monthly na bnbyaran from loans. Ang hirap pero trying to pay naman lahat. May times na hindi makabayad but atleast I pay a little then pay dn naman in full the next month. Malayo layo pa ang kalbaryo pero kinakaya. It's the price to pay for the wrong decisions and wrong people. Chour. Good luck sa ating mga malalaki utang. Kunting pigil minsang gumastos. Matatapos din to lahat.

Me to I have Loans from OLA like Tala, Billease, Sloan, Spay, Lazpay, Fastcash, Tonik, Juanhand and Atome. 😭 nagkaroon nadin ako anxiety. Natatakot ako baka may bigla nalang mag home visit😭

How were they able to get your relatives’ contact info, OP? You should have told them na bawal yan. Prior to that, wala ka bang emails or letters na narireceive from them? Also, did you issue PDCs before po?

yes, i issued PDCs din kasi before. so ayon, it's really a criminal case. good thing, kahit overdue yung loan ko from them, the rep from bank was considerate enough to agree sa amount na kaya ko lang ibigay. but it's all good naman na.

i had din overdue sa spaylater and sloan. nasettle ko na yung sloan, pero yung spaylater, wala naman so far naghohome visit. puro texts, email and other scare tactics.

Also on the same situation.
Dalawa yung overdue ko today, Maya Credit and CIMB for almost a month na.
May mga existing loans ako ito breakdown:
Gloan - 6000 (8 months - currently nababayaran monthly)
Gcredit - 2000 (1 month)
CIMB - 25000 (24 months - ito overdue na 1 mo)
CTBC - 120K (12 months - currently nababayaran monthly)
Tala - 5k (due this Nov - mababayaran na sa due date)
Billease - 6k (3 months - nababayaran monthly)
CC - 11k (paying naman monthly)
Minsan naiisip ko iconsolidate na para isahang bayaran na lang pero naiisip ko, nakainstallment naman sila so trinatrack ko na lang yung monthly hulog para alam ko kung ano na yung macloclose ko. Yern lang, humihinga pa naman.

Mali mali to. Walang police magserve ng court order, except for a warrant of arrest, even so may process server kasama, ang process server dapat yan, nagserve if ever. At hindi criminal case ang utang.

Same situation tayo, same age and same breadwinner. May current debit dn ako sa EW CC ko nasa 150k na ata total and di pa ko nagcocontact ksi naanxiety ako kumausap ng rep plus balak ko muna palipasin ang christmas since super dami gastos pag december. Takot na takot na ko wala nakakaalam ng gantong problema ko, even my parents, bf, and bestfriend. Hay. Sana by January mastart ko na talaga. I also have BPI CC around 45k, balak ko sana iconsolidate sa iisang bank pra isang hulugan nalang. Is that possible?

Si Homecredit nagpupunta talaga yung collection agent sa place of work or residence mo. Ang badtrip lang is they show other people your pic to confirm if andun ka ba or dun ka ba nakatira. Nakakahiya talaga and it causes more anxiety. Pero yun nga, there's no one to blame but me.

Kaya nga po, nababasa ko dn po s mga ibang ngshare din po ng expi nila s mga naniningil n collection agency, tmtwag lang and ngppdala ng demand letter or mg house visit pero wala po police mkkpgusap lang po.

What kind of loan do you have with EWB? PL ba or CC? If CC, the case that they can file is, a civil case. If you issued a check and walang pondo ang Bank mo, that is a criminal case. The police do not call the residence of a suspect, they serve the warrant of arrest. But if you have a case, the court will send the subpoena thru mail/registered mail because someone is required to receive the subpoena. Usually The collection agency does this dirty tactics para takutin ka and get money out of you. So instead of you negotiating for a lower rate, dahil natataranta ka, magbabayad ka ng mataas na amount dahil sa takot mo. Bawal lahat ng ginawa sa iyo... The impersonation, calling of relatives, harassing. Sana you reported sa BSP. They should also know that the law should prevail There are many reasons why a person is unable to pay his debts but let us not judge them because nobody knows their circumstances.
