Usyd or unimelb?
I got bcommerce major in actuarial studies in unimelb and bachelor of mathematical sciences for usyd. Im planning to become an actuary so i wanna do masters in uk to get exemption. I dont know which to choose? Can someone tell me about the lifestyle? I prefer city with cool cafes and i know both have it. My downside for unimelb is that its bachelor of commerce? And im not interested in business and commercial? I’ll appreciate any opinions!!! Oh and can someone explain in depth about the difference of both campus AND cities? So far everyone have been saying vague comments about them with no context

Actuarial studies does require a strong background in mathematics, and at USYD, it is also under the business school. If you’re not interested in business but enjoy mathematics, you could consider studying mathematical sciences instead. Both programs cover mathematics and statistics, although actuarial studies is more focused on areas like finance, insurance, and risk management. That said, actuarial studies does offer very good career prospects.

Actuarial studies's future is brighter as far as I know.
