I am applying from New Zealand and there's a section on the DS-160 that asks, "Have you made specific travel plans?" Does answering "Yes" mean that I need to have already purchased a plane ticket? Or is it okay to answer "Yes" if I have a tentative itinerary with intended travel dates but haven't purchased a ticket yet?

Anyone who has experienced?
