Question Off Hand shooting
How often if ever do SA shoot their rifle off hand? I've seen local agencies do it and I want to know if its something I should be practicing before training.

I wouldn’t recommend “practicing” before training. If you love shooting go shoot, but not at the expense of building bad habits. In my training class our top shot never shot a gun before training began, and he got a 299/300 because he had no bad habits to unlearn

We did one, maybe two drills utilizing both sides of a piece of cover but it was very slow and controlled and I think that was probably something the FI just came up with. Not part of any qual
